This is a vital module for creating well rounded leaders who become and take others through the three stages of becoming first a Member of; then a Minister to and finally a Missionary through the Body of Christ. Correlation is made between these stages and Old Testament types of Christ.

- Summarise the journey taken by a disciple to become a 3M leader.
- Assess the significance of the journey taken by a disciple to become a 3M leader.
- Analyse the Biblical teaching that illustrates the journey to Christian leadership maturity.
- Evaluate own progress to becoming a 3M leader according to Biblical teaching.
- Assess the steps s/he needs to take to achieve 3M
